I love that at Orange Theory, I'm able to workout at my own pace. Each day is different enough that you can never get "used to" it, which keeps it interesting and challenging!

I love that the workout is different everyday! However, as a young adult client, I live and work in Downtown Memphis. This prevents me from coming to classes as often as I would like-and therefore I commit to a smaller membership versus unlimited. It would be so wonderful if a studio could be opened anywhere between downtown and midtown-there is definitely a need for more exercise studio options in this area of town! I would definitely upgrade to unlimited if Orange Theory was more convenient to where I live and work!

I love the completely organized mess of pain and bliss that leaves me feeling totally and incredibly alive every time I walk out that door. To achieve these awesome results, all I have to do is walk in that door!!!
OTF is the most effective workout for me based on HR monitoring and the interval training you get with each workout! Best 53 to 55 minutes of my day!
