OMG the absolutely beat workout ever. You just show up and they have it all figured out for you. The team is so supportive and truly care about your fitness goals. Im 61 and have been going for 6 months and down 2 dress sizes and so happy. I have a waist yeah…lol…I have more energy and just cant wait till next class. Its like one big orange family everyone supports and cheers you on and its so so fun…..Come see us you wont regret it…..,

I love the workout because it's always challenging. The coaches are so supportive and gently push us to be better and compete with ourselves to continuously grow and make gains. The playlists are also on-point!

The whole OTF team at GH is great, from the front desk and the coaches, all contributing to creating a challenging and rewarding fitness routine, while being friendly to all.
EVERYTHING!!!! The members, the Coaches, the staff, they are all amazing! From the moment you walk in the doors till you leave the energy and encouragement is the best! Definitely a gym I recommend and I am constantly bringing more and more people to join!
I like the 3G classes the most. OTF works if you are consistent.
