I love the coaches, especially Coach Emma and Coach Meghan. They’re friendly, encouraging, and make sure I’m doing the right exercises. I also like that there are options for bad knees/joints, as I have to baby my joints otherwise I wouldn’t be able to continue working out. The music keeps my energy up, and I love that I’m never bored.

I like the new Tread 50 class. It is the perfect class to add to my running mix to work on my endurance while I train for my first full marathon in April

Best workout and community in town! Great atmosphere, clean equipment and knowledgeable coaches to provide modifications when needed.

In the past, I’ve had a hard time sticking with any routine because I still work.
The staff is all very friendly and helpful. It’s always clean and the varied class times are great for my work schedule.
I have seen a big change in my body since taking the new strength classes.
And a nice bonus for me is that I’ve made some wonderful new friends. We even have “ girl’s nights” and take cooking classes, meet for coffee etc.
OTF is great therapy and a blessing in my busy life.
I have benefited from the coaching and planned workouts for over 4 years now. The feeling of community helps motivate me. The strength and cardio mixture helps keep me fit to enjoy traveling in retirement.

I love everything about Orangetheory. The class times, coaches, app to book my classes, the orange comfortable lighting - helps me with going when it is still dark out side and my light sensitivity. I always feel so good about myself once I'm done with class. it becoming a new life style I never though I would enjoy. They offer challenges to keep you wanting to come back for more and celebrate you and everything you overcome. I love it!
Cardio AND strength training no matter your age… you can modify to fit your needs
The music is good. Would like more decades included however. Please, no rap music.
Other studios have a monthly signup sheet where you write in the schedule you want for the month and they put it into the system for us. That's nice. I'm on a schedule as most are but the system limits how far you can schedule out, etc. I love to set it and forget it.
I like very much that I'm back because it's January and the new years resolution has hit, and the coaches aren't pushing us yet. I'm sore. Thanks for taking it easy on us until we get back to normal.
When I joined it was a little weird that nobody pushed me for a fitness consult and InBody scan (although my travel schedule was also weird). I've joined several other OTs and they all do that. I know I can ask for it, but I sort of expected it be part of signing up.
I like that I don't feel uncomfortable about my age at your studio - your team makes me feel like I fit right in. But I'm old (very slippery slope to that 60 number right now, LOL). But I am pretty fit underneath some recent weight gain, and I love the "optimism" your team must have about us "oldsters". -Regardless of how we look.
