It’s challenging, fun, and a time for myself!
I like the upbeat and encouraging coaches. Megan, Ema, Zach
Julie, the Manager is outstanding
I have always been one to compete. your scoring system allows me to compete against myself.
I know I am working difference muscles as they hurt in different places after each workout. The workouts are different so I don’t get bored.
The equipment is top rate.
one suggestion. take a hard look at your system for tracking heart rate. I went through a lot of frustration with mine going grey. had the same problem with my apple watch. i googled the solution. the issue is that the watch disconnects from the phone. the solution is to stop all movement until it reconnects. i found that the orange theory sensor has the same issue and can reconnect if you stop all movement.
Welcoming staff and motivating coaches. Clean facility and I can access studios statewide. I like the gentle accountability also.
I love how each workout is team oriented. The coaches do a great job at building a positive environment where we all push to better our health and fitness together. I'm so grateful for all the encouragement and support everyone at Orangetheory Fitness has given me as I work through my physical fitness journey!
Best all around workout and Coaches!
Structure of the workout, and help from instructor
I liked the group workout with a coach that’s giving instructions- like the high energy with the music!
Our instructor Grace was awesome and would come take any of her classes. My wife and I both enjoyed her energy and she kicked our butts!
Great coaches, friendly staff, many classes throughout the day

Versatility
It's always different, planned for you and can be as hard as you want to make it.
The variety of workouts and the fabulous coaches!
Have only been to a couple of classes so far but appreciate how welcoming it is. It’s a judgement free zone.
Friendly competent staff. Patient assistance when needed.
The workouts are great total body workouts! Love the blocks and love having a coach guiding me through everything! It’s way better than a regular gym. The coaches at our location are amazing! They’re always so positive and encouraging and willing to show us how to do everything! Hands down recommend it and have been telling everyone about it!
The workouts are great - they work the entire body. The workouts are always changing and challenging. There are fun competitions/benchmarks all the time. The coaches are helpful and knowledgeable and the other members become your friends.
I like the fact that I am being told what to do. I love the motivation and the "push". The coaches are truly what makes the classes so amazing. The team in Cleveland is truly phenomenal.
I would encourage everyone to try it atleast one time.
Great workout!!
Group workout. Variety
Great workout. Do not have to think what to do.
I like the energy and the tempo. I've tried several times just going to a gym on my own and have never been successful. I've seen the best success I've ever had with OTF.
Motivation by music, peer competition and a great staff of coaches to guide and direct!
Orange Theory is the highlight of my week. I love the welcoming community of members and coaches that encourage and push me out of my comfort zone.
It's all encompassing. Full body workout without having to think about what to do. Show up and work!
I like the community and challenges that are guided by our amazing coaches… all within an hour of rewarding exercise.
I wanted to hire a personal trainer but this is so much better. I’ve been to two classes so far but I’m looking forward to more (and I am SORE).
I am proud of myself for making the decision to join and commit to changing my health, but I appreciate OTF for making the decision easy!
I particularly like the attention to detail the coaches have when they are demonstrating an exercise. I believe that it is important to know how to do an exercise correctly, how not to do it and what muscle (group) is being targeted.
