The coaches rock! I like that you’re not doing one thing for too long and I don’t have to think about what I’m about to do next because the coaches tell us! I’ve really started to see improvements in my arms my most difficult body part to work out and I’m so excited about it.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s challenging but you are also encouraged to listen to your body and go at your own pace. Pushing yourself is encouraged but not forced upon you.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workout is very organized and fast moving. I like that it is structured the same everyday but the moves, runs and rows are different every time. i feel like I am being pushed and can easily see my progress on the OT Beat Screen.

I enjoy being challenged and changing things up between the rower, treadmill, and weights.
Instructors are always encouraging and push you to do your personal best.

I love that it does not matter where you are in your fitness journey! I started about 3 months ago with no prior workout routine and was able to work at my own pace. For me it is a great workout I love cardio but really needed to use weights and this covers everything and best of all you are done in an hour and you feel Awesome!!

It was nice to visit an OTF away from my home in Gilbert, AZ. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and it was a great workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I love having a coach who knows my name, who looks out for me, and who pushes me. I also love the variety in the workout. Short all outs help me improve my speed while push paces help me with my longevity. The community at my gym is supportive and inspiring. All around, OrangeTheory has helped me get my life and body back. I still have a long way to go, but when I started in January I was in the worst shape of my life. Almost 4 months later, I feel stronger than ever. I now remember what it’s like to not dread the gym.
