At your own pace
I love that it does not matter where you are in your fitness journey! I started about 3 months ago with no prior workout routine and was able to work at my own pace. For me it is a great workout I love cardio but really needed to use weights and this covers everything and best of all you are done in an hour and you feel Awesome!!
Tempo and instruction to increase or relax tempo
It was nice to visit an OTF away from my home in Gilbert, AZ. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and it was a great workout.

I love having a coach who knows my name, who looks out for me, and who pushes me. I also love the variety in the workout. Short all outs help me improve my speed while push paces help me with my longevity. The community at my gym is supportive and inspiring. All around, OrangeTheory has helped me get my life and body back. I still have a long way to go, but when I started in January I was in the worst shape of my life. Almost 4 months later, I feel stronger than ever. I now remember what it’s like to not dread the gym.
