Orange Theory is a great workout and solves all of the problems/concerns about going to a regular gym. Team members are always positive and motivating!

I love the energy and the coaches.
Love the class atmosphere and accountability that goes with it. I have always struggled to workout at home, and I am not comfortable being at a gym alone because I don't have the knowledge needed for a good workout. After ovarian cancer and chemo left me weak and overweight, OTF has gotten me back on track with my health.

I love having a coach right there the whole workout to push me to my max effort and to correct my form when needed. I feel I get a better workout and I push myself harder with someone there encouraging me.
Always something new and love how it combines both cardio and strength every class! Tracking my splatt points is very motivating. And The instructors bring great energy too!

I enjoy the variety, the people are great. The recent turnover makes me nervous but the people are all kind. I’m happy to be there and although don’t always enjoy waking up to go, I’m glad I do.

I like the group training and working out with others and being led by a coach who teaches good form and makes corrections.
The motivation and variety
I love the diversity of the workouts! The HIIT training that I receive from Orangethory is amazing! Best Workout ever!!!!!
OTF workouts are challenging every time I come and I leave feeling stronger. The coaches are amazing — so encouraging and they do such a great job of getting to know each members. The front desk staff are so sweet and helpful. I love working out at OTF — especially OTF Green Hills!
I like that each workout is different but a few things would be a welcomed change:
1. A few longer utility benches for taller people.
2. Bring back 3G classes - wait lists are incredible when you have entire section of the gym is open. CDC recently updated Covid-19 is no longer a constant crisis.
3. Better organization of checking in for workouts.
4. Need a few more sets of middle-heavy weights. No 40lbs dumbbell set.
I know that I am always going to get an awesome workout and that it will be different every day. The coaches are enthusiastic and encouraging. And, I love the energy that comes from the other participants.
Music and variety of exercises
It’s always different so it keeps me on my toes. High energy with great music that keeps me going. The coaches are awesome and you get to challenge yourself and not worry about anyone else.
Love the staff, the coaches are amazing, everyone there goes the extra Mile. Love the push you get from the coaches and other members. It's not just a workout it's a community l.
I like that I always get a good balanced workout without having to think about it. I just show up and let the coaches tell me what I should do. If I’m not using the right form Coach M&M and Coach Tim will come over and show me how to do it right so I’m working the right target muscle and not injuring myself. The encouragement and “Good Tina” on occasion keeps me motivated. The music keeps me pumped during the cardio time. The structure of the HIIT workouts increase my strength and endurance so I know it’s beneficial for my body and health. I live a busy life and Orangetheory helps me maintain my fitness without having to think about it. You get what you pay for.
