When you come in to OrangeTheory the energy and positive attitudes of the staff is very encouraging and they make you feel like you can accomplish your goals. I also really enjoy the different workouts each day.

Fast pace and variety
I enjoy the trainers' enthusiasm when they lead a class and I also enjoy mixing up cardio sessions with a little strength training. Orange Theory balances out my weekly exercise routine.
I love the intensity, the positive coaching, and the overall environment.

I like that it’s new every day. I can’t get bored. It also just makes me feel so wonderful!
The studio is great. I enjoy classes with all of the coaches. The SA's are always helpful. If I am speaking directly to the workout, I wish corporate would include some of the older style templates. We hardly do ab work anymore (aside from bracing core for compound movements). I know there is a balance since some folks don't like it, but I appreciate any form corrections. It would be great if the studio could offer some workshops for things like rowing form. Just some suggestions, but I really enjoy going to this studio.
Enjoy the variety and tempo
I like that it’s always something new & the coaches. There isn’t a coach that I don’t like taking a class with. Benchmarks are motivators and keep you on track too.
I love just being able to go in knowing that I will get a great workout. The coaches are great and the facility is nice/clean. Love it.

No phone. No TV. Just 55 minutes as hard as u want it to be. Also love multiple classes so it fits my schedule.
I would like a Saturday aft noon class around 3 pm but I understand if that’s not popular.

Variety! It’s never boring and always challenging. Uplifting, caring, helpful coaches. Great, diverse group of people in attendance working out at different stages of fitness and ability.
It meets my needs without putting me in a physically compromising position. I tried CrossFit & thought I was going to permanently damage my body. The coaches (and I have classes with them all) are encouraging, personable, and motivating. Being "the old guy" in the class most of the time, I'm pushing myself as much as I can but also know to listen to my body.
I do wish there were more barbell exercises sometimes. Only having one bicep as the other's tendon snapped at the elbow years ago, I'd like to be able to lift heavier weights.
I will continue to be a 4 times a week member for as long as my body will allow me. I'm coming up on 2 years in April.
I like the fact that I can work out for an hour and not have to think about what What I’m supposed to be doing. I just follow their instructions. It’s absolutely true that if you try Orange Theory for at least a week you’ll get hooked and want to keep coming. That happened to me last summer. I’ve been going five days a week ever since. I also really like it when I can slow down and not fear that I would have a coach yelling at me telling me to pick it up. If someone were to tell me a year ago that I was going to be exercising five days a week I would’ve said “yeah right“ But here I am and being just a little over 70 I’m very happy with where I’m at in regards to exercising. Here’s to many more years with Orange Theory Fitness

Structure that pushes you
The coaches are all friendly and encouraging and bring great energy to the classes. Love the classes, they are fast-paced and fun; a great workout!!

The OT workouts are never the same! I feel like it is an entire body workout every time. The coaches are super encouraging!! I love wearing the heart monitor that pushes you to work harder or less when it's appropriate. overall, OT is simply the best place to work out and get healthier! Thank you!!

It’s effective
