I like the variety found in the work out. I also like that no matter what level you are, beginner or advanced you can modify the work out to fit you. It is not the type class where I feel I am lagging behind everyone, but I also feel like it pushes you personally to what you can do. I have a knee problem so I do have to modify some exercises but the trainers and the attendees are always so helpful and encouraging. I had been going routinely and saw a great difference in strength and ability. I took a break and now see that I am starting over, and really realize how much the work out helped me in the past. It is hard starting over but knowing where I am going!
Instructor was high energy. Clearly stated agenda for each rotation prior to work out. Provided updates and encouragement throughout.
I don’t have to think about what I’m gonna do. The coach just tells me what to do.
The diversity in the workouts. That I’m told what to do and don’t have to think about the workout. The atmosphere. The energy. The sense of competition.
Coaches are amazing, great facilities. I only wish you had more international locations (especially Switzerland), as I travel for work.

I like that I get to see my heart rate on the screen and that I have a trainer to direct me on what to do. I’m lost at the gym. But I feel comfortable at OT!!!

I have been coming to OTF for over 8 years and I’ve never done the same workout twice (except for specialty workouts like Everest). The staff and trainers are amazing and I feel so proud every time I complete a workout.
The results, music, screens
I love how high energy it is! I have never regretted taking an Orange Theory class because I always leave there feeling 100% better than when I walked in. I love how each day is different and you can determine how hard you choose to push yourself in class!
Always a great workout! Love how it changes up. Encouraging coaches and the ladies that work the front desk are always so helpful and nice.

Great program and very good instructors.
It’s challenging, and there are so many modifications to use to make it always more challenging as I get in better shape. I love the encouragement and care that the instructors give. I also love that the facilities are clean and easy to use. I don’t feel as intimidated as I do when I go into an entire gym full of equipment. Plus, it works better than anything at burning fat and adding muscle.
I like that it is coached, measured and designed. I just need to show up and do the work.
