It works
I like working out with a plan. I like the coach’s. I like the ability to compete with myself and grade my effort with the heart monitor. I like the fact that we do not concentrate on only one set of muscles.
What I don’t like is that my heart monitor keeps dropping off during the workout. It suddenly goes to grey. I have worked out with heart monitors for several year, and can tell approximately it’s range. There have been times where it never gets out of the grey.
The work outs are really exciting and doable. I love how the coaches show us the correct form and if there are people who need an alternate exercise they provide that
Reliable. Encouraging. None of the coaches tease anybody. It is all about positive attitude and improvement and gentle correction.
The structure and music. The equipment is new and taken care of. The coaches are engaging and encouraging.

I like that it is goal oriented and that it’s in a group environment
I like how organized it is, and that you have an instructor correcting and guiding your form. They are also there to help you with any questions. If I went to a traditional gym, I would not know where to start. (They show you options for modifying each workout as well.)
I also like the accountability that I have to sign up for a class each day. It makes me follow through with my goals that I set for myself. It’s a great fit for people that want TRUE change!

I like the instructors and how they motivate you. No workout is the same and that makes it interesting. Scheduling is flexible because there are times that you can select for the workout. There is always a challenge, so you are constantly trying to increase your workout and see results. Everyone is very cordial and the space is very clean.
Three major factors that I like. 1 the fact that sessions are unique from day to day and week to week. 2. having benchmarks to track progress. 3. The energy of the trainers.

I love that I can come in and push myself to my limits. I never feel like I’m not doing enough in my workout, because I’m doing what I can! The coaches pump me up and never make me feel pressured either. Overall just a fun workout environment! I’m so glad I started back!!

Everyone is friendly, work outs are hard
Orange theory is a life saver. The classes helped me make my body a top priority and celebrated every milestone I physically conquered. The challenges are friendly and fun, and the staff remembers your name when you walk in. I have recommended Orange Theory to everyone I come in contact with. My weight loss has been noticeable to friends because of the outline of the workouts. They ask how I did it and I say showing up to class is the ticket. I can’t thank Orange Theory enough.
