What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy the employees. They are always kind, understanding, fun and knowledgeable.

I like the circuit training. It is always a challenge but you can work at your own pace.

I like that the work-out is never boring.

I like that it costs much less than a private personal trainer and yet it is personal training in a group setting.

I like that you keep is moving and changing what we do. An hour goes by pretty fast and it’s a great workout!

Meghan has been an excellent coach and I appreciate the interest she takes in me.
Nikki has also shown genuine interest.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that there is a lot going on and changing of type of workout within the hour, so you are kind of distracted by how much work you are really doing. We ran a good bit on the treadmill, and the whole time I was distracted by the music and color of and percentage of heart rate, that I didn't even realize that I ran three miles. I love the environment and energy that the coaches bring, as well as the relevant and new music. It is a great workout and it is even more fun with a friend.

I love having the guidance of a trainer during my workouts and not having to think about the workout, just follow directions!

I also know I push myself more than I would working out on my own.

I like seeing results on the screen while working out.

I love how the coaches take the workout serious and love what they do. It’s not just a job to them, they really get to know each member and make them apart of the family. The workouts are always different and that what I love.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the overall structure of OTF workouts, mix of cardio and weights. I like the vibe. I like it when the coaches encourage and challenge you. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Variety of workouts and equipment used. Great staff. Coaches are excellent. I am motivated to push myself harder. My stamina and strength are continually improving. Really glad I joined OT.
