Every class is different, and I enjoy how each class has two halves to them (treadmill & rower/weight floor).
Coaches are great and despite class size, they’re always on hand to offer advice/tips.
I love OTF. It's fun and energetic. The coaches constantly challenge their members. It is very much a mind-of-the-body kind of thing. You are pushing through the mental barriers and getting stronger every day. I have been here since Wairau opened and I cant wait to see what I'm like in a years time.
Great coaches, great music, great workouts and I love the tracking data that goes with it! I’m also a sucker for a good benchmark 😎

I enjoy everything about it. It packs a lot into 60 minutes. I get a thorough workout. I like that the routine changes each day. Wearing a heart rate monitor gives me my progress results. A brilliant addition. The coaches are outstanding and all staff are so helpful and friendly. Love the orange colour.

From the moment you walk-in the door when you're greeted with a smile and friendly welcome, interacting with your friends & fellow group classmates throughout the mostly fun 😊 (sometimes not, Lol!) Efficient varietal HITT (High intensity interval training) workout.
Amazing way to start my day (Mon-Friday 5-6am and Sunday 7:30am) and preparing myself for a hopefully Great day!
We even got our daughter from Charleston, SC to sign-up after trying a free class while visiting us.

The best workouts from the best coaches!! You will feel challenged in a relaxed and fun environment! I have lost 23 lbs in 10 months. It’s a wonderful place to achieve all of your fitness goals!
The coaches are amazing, engaging and motivating! The workouts are “challenging but do able” 😉 and are for ALL body types whether you’re a beginner or advanced! I highly recommend OTF, it’s addicting in the BEST way!
Equipment is clean and very nice to use. Atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming!
It changes up and leaves me guessing but there's still some structure. I appreciate the coach's guidance so I don't need to think about what or how I need to work out. The HR monitoring helps me stay focused and putting in effort.
Orange Theory is a godsend to me.
The coaches and staff are always professional, positive and encouraging. They create an environment that makes me want to keep working on with my fitness goals even when I have setbacks. I love that the exercises can all be modified to suit my abilities yet are challenging enough to make stronger.
I am 67. I have many physical limitations due to injuries sustained in a car accident ago (two broken ankles, plateau tibia fracture, broken hip, broken elbow and neck fracture). I have also had one knee and two hip replacements in the past three years.
If I can do Orange Theory and thrive I think everyone can.

Love the staff variety of workouts. It cater for all fitness whether u r a runner or power walker. They make it easy to follow but every workout is hard and great. The staff also make the gym they are fun and. Great love it so glad we join
