I will never recommend any other gym, ever. OTF is just such an amazing workout. I love how the workouts are different and target different groups all the time. I love how the coaches are always so supportive and you can tell they genuinely care about their people, no matter how many faces they see. The workouts offer alternatives for people who can't do the typical sets. Each of the coaches is so knowledgeable. I truly do love this place.

Love the Orange Theory workouts! The coaches are all fantastic and always helpful with alternate moves if needed. They encourage you to listen to your body (sometimes I just need to hang back for a minute) but also push us to achieve our best. I am always surprised (ok maybe not endurance) at how fast the time goes by. I am definitely hooked!

I love that we have a personal trainer for each class. The classes motivate me to want to come
as many days as I can. The coach's are great. The gym is clean the staff is friendly.

The best part is that you also keep your self healthy.

What do you like about our workout?

I truly enjoy the combination of different activities! Weight exercises switch up every workout keeping it fun and exciting. Coaches are fun and super helpful, always providing awesome feedback and encouraging us to do better. It's fun to work out in a group setting, jet being able to work out to our individual fitness level. Its a completely judgement free environment. I'm always blown away by the coaches ability to navigate the different groups, call out the next activity but yet checking on everyone to make sure they're fully supported and get the most out of their workout, they're truly awesome!
Orangetheory is an awesome place to work out for everyone, regardless of fitness level !!

What do you like about our workout?

Love Orangetheory for its quick and highly effective workouts. I have seen such a transformation in my body for the first time in all my years of working out. I am a member for four years and the best part is it is safe! I don’t have time for injuries and the exercises are easily adaptable to what challenges my body can take. Needless to say, I’m addicted to getting in there as well as the feeling of a successful workout at the end of class.
