I absolutely love everything about this studio! I have been to several other locations, and I can say that people were “nice” but not necessarily friendly. Lancaster is hands down the best! The coaches provide feedback and motivation and I feel they don’t just “zone out” during classes - I appreciate that they genuinely care about their clients. The workout itself is unlike any other - it’s made me love running and workout out - something that even a Peloton couldn’t do for me. I will be a client for life - and the team at Lancaster deserves to be recognized and celebrated for their professionalism, teamwork and authenticity from all who work there - coaches and team at the desk. I like the structured work out in addition the Trainers are very helpful in ensuring that the posture is correct so that one does get injured in the process. The employee’s at the front desk are friendly and welcoming.
I am new at it so I am getting use to it and slowly getting to know people. I like the fact that people help me when I needed help.
I love OrangeTheory Fitness Clifton Park. I love the workouts, the staff, the positive environment & community. I love not having to think about putting together a workout and getting to Orange Theory and just doing it. It’s great! The coaches are always uplifting and watch for correct form! Best workout in the capital region. Love it!
It’s a great energy in the studio and workouts that get the whole body moving. You will really feel like you earned each splat point!
The workout is challenging but is modified for me, if necessary.

It pushes me and keeps me going for a full hour workout. Something that sounds simple but I struggle to do at the gym on my own.
I like that I sign up and am accountable to be there! I love how the workout is coached and seems to go by fast. I like working hard in the morning and then I’m motivated to eat well since I worked hard!
The workout is fun, challenging, but also customize to your own level of fitness! I love that I can come into class and I will be challenged and get better everyday. The class is even great on those low-motivation days - I love knowing as long as I show up, there we’ll be a plan in place for my workout and I can leave feeling really good!
Overall, I’ve really enjoyed the classes, music, and instructors!
I have to admit I was pretty scared of the overall gym thing again. It had been about a year I didn’t work out because of pregnancy. But this was exactly what I needed. It is very self paced. You change the intensity of all the workouts. You make yourself go harder or slower. Just like I used to workout at home. Loved my first class!
Different workouts are fit into the hour that I wouldn’t normally do in the gym and there is a coach to push me to do things I don’t want to do. 😜
I like that it’s different everyday and a nice mix!

OTF workouts really motivate me to push myself and get the best workout I can in 60min versus doing a workout on my own. The coaches and studio staff are fantastic and are really easy to talk to if I have any issues or need any extra encouragement. Even when I know the workouts are tough, I always look forward to my hour of me time with my fitness family!
The coaches, the enthusiasm they have when teaching, and the clear instructions and guidance they give to make sure I get the most I can out of the routines - they especially support me on my days of less energy in class by appreciating whatever I can do.
The structure of the classes really provides overall body workout. Fun music too!!

I have always been active, but I had trouble staying consistent. Orange Theory has a challenging workout every time and I've been able to stay consistent for almost 2 years. My fitness level had definitely improved within a few months, and now my mile time has significantly decreased.
Never thought I could even finish the class and now I started to slow jog on treadmill so proud of myself

I love that in under an hour i have gotten a full body workout. The instructors are motived and make sure that exercises are doing properly. Great cardio/strength training and it goes by quickly.

The variety in the workouts and the upbeat music ! I am sometime who gets bored of workouts easily and the workout is always different! I am always being pushed to my limit which is what I need!
It’s a complete workout done in one hour, and it’s always a little different which keeps it exciting.
