I love that in one hour I can touch on everything I need to do: weights, rowing, running. I love doing the interval workout style. I end up working harder with this format through out the entire workout. I am always happy leaving knowing I''m set for the day in taking care of myself.

Excellent gym!! I love this gym because the workouts are a convenient one hour, full body workout that can be modified to whatever I'm feeling that day. The best part about this gym are the coaches, they're encouraging and knowledgeable and make the workouts fun. I always leave the gym feeling great and ready to tackle the day! I love how the workout focuses on cardio, strength, and endurance in one workout. Because the program well designed and the coach helps us focus on form—I can focus on pushing myself. The culture is welcoming and its a lot of fun!!!

A culture of team work, optimism, fun and help when you need it. All of the members represent the range of fit to wanting to be fit....and because of the positive atmosphere, you find members encouraging each other. You don't find that at any other gym!

The workouts are varied enough that you don’t get bored but you get familiar with the exercises pretty quickly so you don’t feel like an idiot.
The “gameification” aspect of earning your splat points is very motivating, and striving for them means you make each workout worthwhile.
