The amount of time we get to spend on treadmill and rower. Weight lifting is always the hardest for me, so depending on where I start class, I can usually knock that out early in the workout. Treadmill and Row are hard though! Great workout but what keeps me coming back is the staff.

Structure
They are different every time and challenging. Also like having the coaches there to provide instruction and value to each workout
The tread intervals are helping me get better at pacing and endurance ! Love the coaches!
I love how welcoming everyone is. I like how they are always there to help and guide us with the workouts and provide us with alternatives if we can’t do a certain workout. I also love the little shoutouts they give us throughout the class, it’s a great reinforcer and a fun feeling to get them!

I feel at “home” with Orange Theory Niskyuana. The coaches are a lot of fun, there is constant guidance and great structure. The coaches want to see everyone succeed at whatever their personal goal is, and push you to workout to the best of your ability. The atmosphere and comfort level is top notch, and I am really happy to be a member at OTF!

I always feel like I get a good workout in unlike when going to a gym on your own and you have to motivate yourself to move. The energy in the group workouts keep me going!
It's the HITT workout I crave. The workout offers structure & motivation which most people desperately need. I love a little healthy competition as well, when you have friends in class you push each other to work harder.

The intensity! I love that the workout gives you an option of how you’re feeling that morning! You can really push your limits or if you’re having an off day you can still get a good workout in. The coaches are incredibly lovely. The workouts are accommodating for everyone!

The variety and pace of the class.
The ability to monitor my progress (during the class and throughout the week and month). If you want to achieve results, it is important to track so this is a great aspect of OT.
The cleanliness of the studio and the coaches are consistent and knowledgeable.
I liked that the coach was engaging and the workout was still at my own pace. As someone who struggles to find a workout that I can complete, I appreciated the instructions.

I like how we focus on the whole body and not just one part. I also like how there are classes that can focus on one specific part of the body whether it’s upper or lower body.
