Trevor is the best coach/instructor.
The owners and everyone in the team is creating a family, friend, community atmosphere that is rare for a gym in NYC. Everyone is always very courteous, accommodating and friendly. The trainers really care about their students and are not just „doing another hour“ or pretend to be passionate about their work.
The workout hits really all muscles over the various days.

I love the OTF Midtown West staff. They are incredibly nice and personable, I have been sending friends and co workers there. The work outs are awesome and i feel so incredible after i leave. I love OTF midtown west!
I would say the only Con- is sometimes the music. If there is an OTF spotify playlist between all the locations or if there are other coaches in other locations that our coaches can follow, that would be AWESOME. The Edgewater location has a fire playlist at 5:15 am and it makes you move.
It’s highly effective in getting fit! Best 1 hour of exercise out there.

Love OT! I was visiting this gym as I was traveling for this week. Everyone was really nice at the front desk and Dominick was awesome coaching! Loved the cool down/stretch using the straps.
I have already recommended all of my coworkers to at least try out one session at OTF. This might sound dramatic but I am truly a FANATIC! Though I've only been twice so far, I really believe that I have finally discovered the keys to realizing my fitness goals. This is major for me because I have spent the majority of my life -- including my childhood -- not happy with my body. In perspective, there are times when I was in great shape and healthy but still compared myself. Now, having just turned 30, I find that it's important to work out for myself and OTF really provides me with that perspective needed in order to set the goal to be HEALTHY and to push myself. It's beyond simply trying to be Instagram "#slimthick" OR "#bodygoals."
I'm looking forward to my journey with OTF!

I wish I would have grabbed all the names/, but quite honestly all (3) at the front desk were AMAZING-, engaging and very helpful from a guest club attending. The coach for the morning was super supportive, pushing out of your comfort zone and supportive of making sure that the class attendees was correct!

Really terrific people - trainers are energetic and motivating - front desk staff are helpful and personable - space is clean and has great extras, such as towels, toiletries, self-locking lockers.
