It was fun and the instructor was energetic and encouraging!
When I don't know what exercises to do, the workout plan is made for me!
I am not good at motivating myself at the gym, that's why I love having an instructor! They are encouraging and motivating while keeping you disciplined when training thru the intervals.
I love the club like music and the dimmed atmosphere. In a sense, it doesn't "shine" a spot light on the parts of my body I don't like to look at hahaha
I appreciate the cool down stretches at the end. Most of them are stretches I haven't seen or done before in my past.
I like that I don’t have to do the following:
-figure out what muscle group to work
-figure out what equipment to use
-figure out what exercises to do and for how long and how many times
-figure out how much cardio/how long
-pick a playlist/music to listen to
I also like that:
-There is a coach who will offer advice, correct my form, coach me through the work out. They are a huge huge part of it because they do push you to do your best
-all I have to do is bring a good attitude and show up at the door
-once I go enough the front desk folks know who I am
-I also like the variety of body weight/weights/TRX strap work outs because it stays different enough to not be boring
I can switch my mind off of work and just be with myself, improving myself
I was greeted with smiling faces as soon as I walked in the door! Amelia and Cindy knew my name and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The workout was good as always. I always feel like I’ve worked very hard and used my one hour effectively.
Great combination of strength training and cardio. The levels of the cardio push are entertaining and create a drive to push for a longer period and to didg deep for the all out.
Every day there is a new workout. Also it’s almost like having a personal coach.
Clean room/ equipment & fire workouts. Very happy I signed up!!
A friendly, engaging atmosphere with the workouts constantly changing and challenging. No boredom possible under the orange lights!
I really enjoy my workouts at OTF. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. the workouts vary enough that it keeps me engaged and the classes go by quickly.

Love the people...the coaches, front of house staff and my workout friends. My workouts go quickly with the music and guided workout...I would never get as good a workout on my own.
The instructors are so helpful and I love that everyone is so friendly and supportive during the workouts.
It’s something new every day and I don’t have to *think* I just *do*. Also, there’s no comparison, I try to beat my best some days not the person next to me. Comparison is the thief of joy. Joy is when you aren’t sure you are gonna get your 12 splat points and you push yourself just a little harder.
I had so much fun, I’m pretty sore, but it’s nice to come back into fitness after two years. I didn’t feel as intimated as I thought I would. There were a mix of individuals of different physics which I helped make me feel comfortable not being in shape. I signed up for more classes and hopefully I can move closer and I plan to continue with OTF.
Trainers are great and the facility is nice!

What’s not to like? Come be yourself, work hard, do your best, you’ll walk out happy. I don’t have to worry about how I look or compare myself to anything or anyone. Just focus on myself. And the coaches are pretty great.

The level of intensity, the variety of workouts, and the motivational coaches. I love all of our coaches, but especially find Haley to be super fun and motivating!
