All the coaches have been great; good vibe, good feedback/suggestions on technique. Kinda wish there were more classes offered at various times (Sunday I have church activities all morning… it would be great to have a Sunday afternoon option).

The schedule of the classes accommodates most people and the structure of the class is also very accommodating to all individuals of varying ages and strengths. But the most significant aspect of our Fort Mill OTF are the instructors. They are the BEST!

The coaches and the variety from day to day
I love orangetheory because I know I'm going to go in and have a productive, hour long workout. I appreciate having a coach to guide me through a workout in an efficient way that I don't feel I'd do by myself in a regular gym. I appreciate the coaches who push me through the class but encouraging me to pick up a heavier dumbbell when they know I can, or upping my speed on the treadmill, or driving back a little harder on the rower.

The short answers for my studio:
1) you will like it - it’s actually fun (yes i really said that - it’s fun). That does not mean it isn’t challenging, it is, but still fun.
2) you can be at any fitness level and still receive the same benefits from the workouts..
3) for new members - nobody is judging you - it’s all about you vs. you. PS - we were all new at one time.
4) it’s a hugh support group - you will meet so many amazing people
5) the employees at my studio are top notch. It really is like waling into a friend’s house. Our coaches/trainers - are amazing. Super supportive - but always there to correct your form and make any adjustments you may need.
I’m 61, been a member since 2016 - it the only gym (belive me i been a member to all of them at one time or another) I actual look forward to going to.
Orangetheory provides a great workout that changes day to day. The coaches are high energy and there to answer questions and help with form throughout the workout.

They are different every day. You get a total body workout every time.
I like that the classes run for 60-min, and that a lot of packed into that time. I also like that the monitor allows the client to get a visual on how hard they are actually working. The coaches are not doing the workout with the class, so they are free to monitor, motivate, and effectively teach the class.
