I love that the classes are filling back up again. When I left before, they were getting sparse and class times were canceling, sometimes last minute. I'm so glad additional classes keep getting added. When I originally signed back up, I thought I was going to have to go to fort mill since they have an abundance of class times. As long as Rock Hill keeps going in this direction, I won't have to.

I really enjoy the way that I feel after class. Around 30 minutes of cardio and 30 of strength in each class gets me fired up for my day! The coaches are awesome and do a great job educating and motivating the class.

Like that, the trainers are just the right amount of kick butt pushy; there are mods to every workout, and the classes feel like they breeze by, with a good sweat.

I had given up on my health after coming to USA due to work and academic pressure. But one point I had do consider something and a friend recommended OTF FM and he mentioned that they keep you motivated and accountable. He was absolutely right 6 months and 30 pounds less I feel confident.
