It's energizing, it's hard but so worth the way it makes me feel afterwards.
The coaches are so motivating, and they care about your progress. And the front desk employee's are so wonderful and so encouraging. I absolutely love it.
It's the best decision I have ever made for my health.

The positivity, the variety of exercises, the friendly trainers who do make you feel like they care about you. Mainly I love that I have seen true results and change to make body and health through the workouts at OT.

The music pumps me up!! I love the energy in the room and the way the coaches seem to know exactly what to say to motivate you right when you think you can't keep pushing any harder.

The music is usually great. I love that I'm not directly competing with others but the group fitness vibe pushes me harder than I would push myself alone. The mix of cardio and strength training is great and I love the variety of the workouts. I feel so much stronger now than when I first started

the variety of the work out- endurance on trend can be a steady hill climb or change of pace for 30 secs, 45 secs, etc

the choice to start on trend or rower or floor

I loved my first workout with OTF. The coach, the staff, the other patrons were all super supportive and helpful. I immediately felt like I belonged from the minute I walked through the door. I am excited about the possibilities that await me.

I love each workout and the ability to challenge myself or pull back if I need to. I really enjoy every instructor's style and energy. I also love watching my heart rate on the screen and getting some instant feedback there.
