The coaches! Lots of energy and keep you motivated
I know the reason i stick with the workout is because of the coaches. I believe they have a sincere desire to see me succeed. When someone personally knows my name, it means a lot. Its something about the relationship that keeps me encouraged, and thats why I stick it out each workout.
It's never the same and a full-body workout. I love it, not the price so much.
It can be done by all fitness levels with knowledgeable coaches who offer alternative exercises based on your abilities.

Love the coaches, the variety of the workout, and the energy. The music is always so fun. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
I like the coaching and the vibe. It is inclusive and diversified and we all are there to get better. I use OT 2-3 time a week medicine for my heart and well being. I am an older athlete who runs and cycles a lot. Without OT I was getting slower and slower every year. OT has enabled me to turn back the clock , and gain some of my speed and strength back. These are group workouts but with OT's sophisticated heart rate monitor and algorithm's it is customized for me. very hard to get that perfect workout for your heart by yourself. OT makes it easy and makes me better.

I love the class format and the fact that despite it being a class each person works at their own level. I love also that the coaches and the class participants accept myself and my friend, two women in their mid 70s, as someone who belongs in the class.

I love the encouraging, positive environment! The exercises are challenging, but doable and you do what you can do, not expected to be like everyone else! Such a fun positive, hard working environment!

Coach telling us what to do, so I don't have to think about my workout - just think about doing it. Also that you are not doing anything for long, like 30 mins of straight rowing or running.
It is a mix of cardio and weight training. For me, I need a well-rounded workout to help with a couple of health issues I have, and Orangetheory Fitness provides the right balance for me.

The variety and the coaches
I love that I can just go in and get a great workout without thinking about it. Taking the mental load out of it makes a huge difference for me. Additionally, I love the coaches and how positive, helpful, and motivating they are. I’ve been dealing with an injury recently and I like how I can modify the workouts to work around my injury. This way I can still be active as I’m trying to heal.
