The workout in general, I love the rowers the coaches the motivation en everything else.

I like that you can go out at your own pace and modify if needed. I don’t always like the music. It is an odd mix. I would just prefer the gym play top 100 songs.

Different everyday and motivating.
The music is great! I like that it’s a great mix of rap and hip hop and not a lot of top 40 hits or rock. The coaches always provide modifications for different injuries.

I like that it’s never the same. We work all the muscle groups and split up our workouts between the various equipment. I like that the coaches encourage and motivate us to work hard.
I love everything about OrangeTheory! The instructors are awesome, motivating and helpful. The workouts are different everyday and the best combo of cardio and strength. Its fun coming to a class not knowing exactly what the workout will be. Keeps things interesting!
