That‘s such a stupid question cause all of the workouts are basically the same no matter what OT you go to. I did very much like: the instructor, the facility and the front desk people.

I love the high energy, the staff have been so helpful and the facility is clean and easy on the eyes. The workout are what I’ve been missing because I love cardi and strength training.

I always feel great - strong and healthy - after a workout. I LOVE all the coaches and staff. They make working out so much fun. I think it's great that the workout is different each time. It's difficult, but somehow I get through it (thanks to the coaches).
Mixing it up creates opportunity to work different muscle groups while others rest.
I liked the variety and different intensity of the class. Being able to sign-up for a spot in the class and listening to my specific health needs. The coach was very personable and helpful during the entire workout.

The knowledge of the coaches in ensuring I’m getting a good workout. They are very motivating and I believe they are as invested in our health and well-being as we are!

Different exercises, group trainers, great music, email tracking, can work at your own pace even with the group goals, not too crowded, early hours available.
I love the structure of the class. I never need to plan out my workout or worry that I won't have the equipment available. In addition, the coaches are amazing. They keep me motivated and are very attentive even in full classes.
My favorite coaches are Taylor, Travis, and Erin but I think all Midtown coaches are amazing
Love OT! Would love to see a noon express class offered Tues and Thurs as well. Or a 12:45 pm express class if you need to keep the 11:30 am Tues/ Thurs.
