Love the front desk associates, the coaches are knowledgeable and care for the members, and the science based workouts let you compete against yourself everyday!

For the most part workouts are dynamic and satisfying. The same goes for the coaches.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the intensity of the workout and the fact that it is go, go, go, and never stops. I like how we switch between platforms (tread, rower, floor/weights), and that every workout is different, even if I come in the same day(s) each week.

The coaches are great, the vibe is great, and I see great results. Even though some may say the ~55 min workout is "long", it really isn't because it goes by so fast since you are on the go through the entire workout.

Finally, you can go at your own pace and there is no intimidation from the coaches or other folks working out. People should not feel intimidated or worried to start this workout. Just do it.

I love being guided, so I don't have to think about anything. It allows me to be present and stay in tuned to my body and heartbeat. I love how the instructors correct my form on the floor. So glad I am doing this. Thank you so much! Everyone is friendly and professional!

Everything about OTF pumps me up :) I really enjoy coming to workout to the club and feel its worth every penny I have invested in. The music, ambience and the place in general is motivating and energizing!

The atmosphere is very motivating. The studio is clean. The music rocks. The coaches are great. The workouts are varied and stimulating.

The coaches and front desk make it a welcoming environment. I have been to a few others in the area and they just are not as welcoming.

What do you like about our workout?

Because there’s a penalty to cancelling within 8 hours, I can’t bail at the last second. The coaches encourage me to work even harder. The music is always great, and the facilities sparkling clean. It’s the first workout program I’ve actually stuck to.

I like that the coaches make it it feel like an individualized workout, despite the fact that it’s a group workout. They really pay attention to each person to make sure they are using correct technique and give alternative exercises to those who are unable to do the class exercise.
