I love that no two workouts are the same. The coaches are so motivating and I have several different ways to motivate myself at each workout...personal best in terms of time, distance or weight, total splat points, total calories burned, etc. Sometimes I even pick a random person off the board that is ahead of me and try to catch them. However, I love the mantra "you against you", it eliminates that competitive environment that can be so intimidating at other gyms.
I like the variety of workouts.
The workouts vary and are never dull or easy. I like being challenged!

5am classes are the best. Coaches/trainers make you work for it but understand not everyone is at the same level of fitness.

I really enjoy the individuality but in a group setting. I know I can come to a workout and give whatever I have to give and get myself better but also feel the energy of a group work out. Also the coaches are so helpful and want to see you get better and succeed!
Workouts are hard and fast paced so you burn a lot of calories, but each day is different so they go by fast and it keeps it fun!
I love the group setting and the ROWER! Great place to be able to workout at your own pace with a little bit of a drive! Also really nice to be able to have the app to workout at home if needed
