I like the combination of cardio and strength. I also love the intensity. I would never push myself as hard as I do in class at OTF.

The variety of different work we do each class. I get such a good calorie burning, fat burning workout each time I come, so it makes it worth my time and money spent! I also like (and hate at the same time) the different challenges and benchmarks each month. It makes me push myself even when I'm not feeling like it. It's fun to compete against myself and to see how I improve over time and also what I need to focus on, if I need to improve.
The variety and fast-paced intensity.
I love that it is a coached workout. I get more accomplished physically with the coaches at Orange Theory Fitness in 60 minutes then I managed on my own when working out for 1 to 2 hours. I have seen dramatic improvement in my overall fitness level, weight management and full body muscle tone.
HIIT Style circuit training mixes things up so you don't get tired or bored of your workouts. The group environment encourages you to push yourself to your limits but at your pace and makes you feel more included. The coaches are amazing! Very energetic and knowledgeable and do a great job guiding everyone through the workout and encouraging everyone.
Great cardio workout with some strength training.
Works every part of your body and over time you see the results!!! I went from no formal workout to twice a week and have seen significant gains in my physical wellbeing. Who would have known that just two hours per week could so dramatically change my 50 something body!!! My body craves OrangeTheory and I enjoy going to the studio - the workout is different each time. Also, the coaches are all wonderful!!! Thank you OrangeTheory!!! I only wish I would have started when I was in my 30s.

The energy and attention to detail with all staff (coaches and front office) and the workouts are usually varied and challenging (that's good !!). The team have created a great environment for people of all ages and fitness levels to feel valuable and comfortable.
Challenging but doable
I love the coaches more than anything. Their help and motivation goes a long way. Even though I think there is more endurance and less power now, I enjoy the diversity of the workouts every time. I never know what to expect.

I've never, ever liked working out around anyone else. I always felt like people would judge me. Once I tried OT, those concerns went away. I look forward to working out now, which has never been something I would say. I love the vibe: the music, the lighting, the coaches on the loud speakers. It's motivating and I like pushing myself in ways I never thought possible. I also like that, being new to this, if I ask a coach a question, they turn off their mic and help me. I am so thankful that my friend Shannon invited me to join.
Great workouts, like the amalgamation of strength and cardio.
I was amazed that over the course of three months I don't think I had the same workout twice, which was nice to keep things fresh and energizing. The instructors brought a lot of good energy.
