I think how it changes daily, and there are three sections breaks it up. I love all the coaches and I genuinely look forward to going.
The staff is amazing, I saw results in 8 weeks. Place is clean and one hour; class ends and goes by so fast. OT is for any age, and the interval training is so important!
The trainer in each class is right there to assist especially if people struggle in certain areas and it’s a great class size!

Coaches are awesome! I love that the staff are super friendly and everyone is encouraging!! I like that the workouts are scalable and I can go hard or take it easy. There is no wasted workout at OTF Waltham!
Great staff, great equipment, great workout. My only complaint would be a lack of heavier dumbbells for bigger guys.

I enjoy the group classes but they feel personalized to my goals. The coaches remember me an encourage me, correcting and praising me along the way. The workouts are fast paced and always changing so each class is different plus the music is always on par. Love OTF!

As a runner for many years who seldom mixed in other workouts and hated class workouts, I’ve been surprised by how much I enjoy the workouts. The strength training combined with interval training on the treadmill and rower has benefitted my running by making me stronger and faster.
Love the Back Bay OTF studio - Danielle is the absolute best along with all the other coaches (Corinne, Regan, Steph, etc.) The workouts are a healthy and efficient mix of cardio + strength all while being really fun!
Working out at Orange Theory is a journey where you feel supported and pushed by a personal trainer/coach and other members of your studio whom you get to know throughout classes. Each class is different to keep you motivated and challenged. You are able to reach your goals with a sense of belonging. While every OTF community is different, when you find the right one for you, it becomes like home.

I like being told exactly what to do, and how effective it is at getting me to work way harder than I would on my own. I like when the coaches give individualized tips on form.
This is the best workout. 1 hour, no thinking and you get an all over body workout. The coaches and front desk staff are the absolute best. Love the community and how OTF has become a family to me. I’ve been here for over 5 years and love it as much as I did on day 1. Thank you for giving me more life!
Everything! The coaches are so good at instruction and motivation. The idea that I can just come in, be told what to do, and get the most out of my hour is so relieving. I also like that the workouts are always changing but still have some familiarity to them. I always feel better by the time I leave, mentally and physically.
