The workout is so motivating and the OT belmont crew was very informative and answered all my questions and very welcoming.
That it is balanced between weight lifting and cardio, and the coaches help correct form to get the most out of your workout, and also pay attention to see if there is an opportunity to try out a heavier weight or increase speed on the treadmill!

I like the how workouts are individually focused but still get the energy and motivation of being in a group and coach. Nice to know that there are others around me cheering me on and coaches that make sure that it's getting done properly and safely. Also really appreciate the variety of workouts with access to great equipment to challenge our mind and bodies that help us increase strength and endurance consistently.

The coaches are fantastic motivators! I like the varied rotations, something new each time, different challenges and benchmarks. The workouts allow you to challenge yourself without feeling the need to compare to others in class. I feel tired but also strong at the end of a class.

I love the OTF family and sense of community great people working hard towards a longer healthy life.
All of the trainers are so welcoming and encouraging. Anyone can do this workout, you can modify anything that does not feel right. I'm so much stronger and feeling really fit after 3 days a week since mid April.

I enjoy the variety of the workouts but also enjoy the consistency, if that makes sense. I know we will have the three components usually but it’s not a static practice each time. The coaches in Hanover are incredibly supportive and make the classes fun. It’s often my favorite part of my day.
It's always changing and we're not in one exercise too long. Plus the music.
