The variety. Great cardio and strength exercises.

I especially like the 3G, even when they only have 2 groups but run it in a 3G format.

What do you like about our workout?

So fun. Coaches are so great, accepting, and not judgmental. My fitness level has wildly improved. Genuinely look forward to going and feel so great after. Speaking as someone who was so out of shape and hadn’t been active in years, this was the best thing for me.

Constant changing of routines, coaches at Woburn know what they’re doing, gym’s good vibe and a very nice staff.

that its for all levels of fitness, coach (Emily) was encouraging without being patronizing (sometimes an issue in group fitness environments as the new kid). Space felt clean and modern, although a touch more space would be great.

I recently started my fitness journey at Orange Theory Fitness, and I can't contain my enthusiasm for the incredible impact it already has made for me. The fusion of cardio and strength training in this class is the perfect balance!

One of the standout aspects of Orange Theory Fitness is its exceptional instructors. They are absolutely fantastic! Their expertise, passion, and unwavering commitment to our fitness journey is incredible. Orange Theory is such a great overall workout! Cardio, Strength & Conditioning in 55 minutes. And fun! At 52 years old, I've never felt better!!

What I like is it was my first time on Tuesday the 12th and Christine was the coach that day. Christine was checking on me during the workout, which made me comfortable. The workout was amazing and I felt energized to concord the day. I am excited for my next workout.

Overall very happy with my experience here... would love if you'd consider adding an early AM (6:15-6:30) workout on at least one weekend morning
