I love Orangetheory and the Hanover, MA site is AWESOME! The workout is efficient, full body and I love that it is coached. I get to show up and am told what to do. The coaching takes the guess work out of working out and allows me to focus on pushing myself.
I like that it’s an hour long and the instructors I have had are awesome motivators and are fun. It think sometimes it’s too crowded for me.
