I enjoy everything about OTF. The ever changing workouts, the music, and the enthusiastic coaches. The atmosphere has me excited to walk through the doors each day and earn some major splat points.

I liked that I could jump in immediately and do the workouts at my own pace while pushing myself. I also liked that it was a varied group and nobody was judging me, but also that the coach came to check on me often. The workout was fun and challenging and I felt great afterwards! I've already recommended it to a few friends.
