The trainers and the workout
Love visiting other OTF sites when I'm out of town and Louisville/St. Matthews did not disappoint! The studio was clean and orderly and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. As always it was a great work out with great coaches!
The coaching!
Orangetheory makes working out fun. The variety in every workout keeps me engaged and interested. The coaches are amazing.

That everyone goes with their own pace and body. It isn’t about doing exactly what someone else is doing, it’s about paying attention to your own body. Makes it easier to do a group workout like this because it’s lower pressure.
I love the social aspect and accountability. Such a great workout, I leave feeling empowered and energized for the day!!
It is three things I can actually do without feeling uncoordinated.
I love how Orange theory promotes individual goals and challenges each person differently while doing the same exercise.
The trainers are motivational but challenge you as well. I love the scheduling ability which makes it easy to add into your weekly plan.
The people seem to be very nice that you work out with and also have not felt judged by anyone who goes.
The works out are planned for me so I don’t have to think about it. It’s a welcoming environment.
I would like more instruction during the workouts I don’t understand a lot of what’s being said by the coach on how to workout, I just keep going. Maybe having 1 more person in the workouts for the newbies to gain more instruction during the actual workouts would be helpful not to interrupt the regulars?
Rob is great and will push you to add weights or just push yourself.
I like the encouraging coaches, the group setting, the challenging workouts, and the help from the coaches with form and motivation.
I love OrangeTheory because I don’t have to think about or plan my workout. I just have to show up and I know I will get a great full body workout! I love the help and encouragement that I receive from the coaches, the staff, and fellow members. I also love that the workouts are always little different and absolutely never boring! If there is ever an exercise that I can’t physically do the coaches always give me an alternative. The frequent challenges, benchmarks, and specialty workouts let me track my progress and see how far I have come. I always tell people how much OTF has changed my life. However, If they have known me for very long, they usually ask how I have managed to lose over 50 pounds and keep losing, then OTF speaks for itself!!

Varied and challenging.
I love knowing exactaly what to do and a personal coach there to make sure I'm doing it correctly.
I like the staff's attentiveness and the workouts' switch up. It keeps me engaged and willing to push through my tiredness.
It's a great full body workout
The coaches. They are so motivating. Excellent coaches at my gym. They also hold you accountable.
The feeling of accomplishment when the workout is over. It’s always a hard workout and there’s definitely a sense of pride in yourself when you finish.
Knowing you’re getting a wide variety and full body workout. You do exercises you wouldn’t normally choose to do because they’re not fun and they’re hard, but you know you should do them.
I love that it’s a group work out but it’s also you vs you. It’s challenging in every sense of the word. Going to class constantly helps my mental health and definitely helps my overall physical health.
It’s a well rounded workout - very structured- love that. And I don’t spend hours at a gym trying to decide what I’ll do for my workout. Instructors are very knowledgeable and help correct form, and technique. Love this place!
Class templates and coaches are fantastic!
Everything! Every workout has been created and tested by fitness experts. The great thing is that I don’t have to do it. I don’t have to worry about coming up with a fitness program. I simply show up and complete the workout. Everything’s been done for me. That, I can do!
Additionally, the coaches are amazing. They all truly care about me and everyone else for that matter. It’s reassuring to know that the coaches have our best interests in mind yet are able to continue to push and challenge us in a good way.
love the coaching, routines are usually fabulous, great work out. Really like having the heart rate monitored.
It's quick, always different, and fun
I can burn more than 600 calories and get my heart rate up to 140 bpm during a class. The workouts are always different.
Kate was an amazing coach! I’ve been going to OTF for more than 6 years, and she’s one of the best I’ve ever taken class with. Her motivation during the workout was great, it really helped take things to the next level. You’ve got a great talent on your hands there with her.
