With so many other things to have to think about and plan, I love that I don’t have to plan out what I’m going to do with the gym! It’s so nice to have a balanced workout with cardio and strength training. Having coaches in my work out, pushes me to do more than I would by myself. They encourage me just when I’m ready to give up on endurance days and day. Encourage me to pick up heavier weights so that I can be stronger. Best workout routine I’ve ever had in my life.

Todays class was fantastic. We had the 1 mile run for time. I was about 3/4th of the way to the finish and Coach Hallie mentioned our breathing technique. In though the nose two or 3 strides, and out though the mouth.
It was perfect timing for me as I was starting to want to breathe in thought my mouth.
I set a person record today by 2 seconds!
I have been working out at Orange Theory for about a month (2-3 times a week). I look forward to going and feel awesome afterward. I have gotten an awesome workout every time and am sore and exhausted afterwards. I am building muscle and feeling more confident after every class.

Orangetheory Fitness is the best workout I have ever experienced. I love that you can adjust the workout to meet your personal needs and goals. But, I think what I enjoy the most is the comradery of the members, SA's and Coaches. We are truly a FitFam at Orangetheory and for that, I am extremely grateful.

I love the combination of cardio and strength training that is available through the Orange Theory classes! The ability to go at your own pace makes it suitable for people of all fitness levels. And last but not least I love that the classes are coached, I appreciate feedback from coaches to know if I’m using proper form with weights and i don’t have to dread the tread with the changing class templates, makes it interesting and I push myself just a little harder.
It’s balanced between strength and cardio. It’s adapted for all levels of fitness.
The energy and enthusiasm, which comes from the coaches. Being candid I’ve been to OTF in other cities when traveling, and it wasn’t the same. The workout was the same, but the encouragement and vibes were totally off. You’ve got something special with the Lexington coaches and the way they run the workouts, and that’s what you all do best.
