I love the coaches. Our coaches at Richmond Road are awesome at knowing our names, correcting form, and mostly importantly actively encouraging us to get the most out of class, whether that means adding a .1 on the treads or grabbing that heavier weight.
Orangetheory combines the fun and camaraderie of a group class, the intensity of CrossFit, and the focus of a personal trainer into an amazing hour! It really is me vs me but with the support of people who just did the same work out. I love that the class is broken up into rower, weight floor, and treadmill so I never get bored. Plus, I don't have to give an "all out" effort the entire time, only in the brief periods required. I encourage anyone who wants to push and improve their physical fitness to give OTF a try!

Joining OTF is one of the best decision I've made of late! Fun high energy workouts that will deliver results - with great music as well. I usually attend the classes with coaches Ariyana and Troy, and they do a fantastic job with encouragement and positive vibes. Plus the desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful every interaction. Baxter Ave OTF is the place to go!

Coach Erica was very motivational as always! When I wanted to lower my speed on the treadmill towards those all-outs or push paces, she kept me confident in myself. The workouts never get boring.
Love how different the workouts are each day!
