I absolutely love OTF in Bowling Green! I moved here with absolutely no idea of what OTF was & the staff was SO welcoming and informative. They’re so accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile. The coaches go over everything in detail and are a great asset to the overall workout. They coach you along every step of the way & help answers any questions you may have! Well worth every penny. I would recommend this studio to anyone!

I love everything about OTF workouts! I never played sports in school and if I did go to a gym, all I knew how to do well was walk on a treadmill. Having coaches who demonstrate what I need to with weights and tell me what to do on the tread and row machines has been extremely helpful. Because I had never worked out before OTF, I realized early on that I was going to have to build up to what others could start out doing when they joined. It took me 2 years but I’m now running entire blocks, choosing weights from the bottom of the rack and on a few exercises from the back rack, I have achieved new PRs and I have muscle, a true first for me. The support and encouragement has been invaluable. My first 1 mile run, when I actually ran the entire time, Coach Emma stood on the bench in the lobby watching and came running into class to congratulate me when I finished, that recognition of what I just accomplished for the first time meant a lot. All of the coaches are so encouraging and I love how the other people in class cheer one another on, and the staff can’t be beat; it’s a great community. Orangetheory has truly changed me physically and mentally and for that I’m so grateful.
It’s something new everyday, and I don’t have to think about it. I walk in and can turn off the rest of the world for an hour and leave knowing that I gave it my all and ultimately better myself mentally and physically.
I pushed past my own expectations of myself and took my workout to a new level! I loved it! It felt so good to work hard again!
