Cardio and strength combo
I mostly love the interval training on the treadmills. I think this will help me train to run a faster race at my next half marathon.
The coaches encourage me to push myself every time, even after going 3-4 times a week for over 2 years. Never gets boring or redundant! That sense of community is present, too. If I’ve had a bad day at work, OTF helps me decompress and reset. Thank you OTF!
The set workout that pushes me outside of
My comfort zone. I also really enjoy the tracking aspect of the workout and knowing which zone my heart rate is in at all times.
The coaches are great and staff always greets you by name with a smile.

This was a great workout! I have not worked out in quite a while so I was nervous about trying something new but this was perfect. The workout could easily be adjusted to my fitness level. I have a tendency not to push myself so it was great having the coach there to give me that extra push and it kept the workout interesting.
