I like that orange theory provides a full body workout that allows individuals to compete with their own times/goals, etc. I am thrilled that 5:00 a.m. classes are offered during the week and that I have the option to workout every day of the week.

Love the circuits and that the floor exercises are on video to follow form and keep your reps . Trenton is awesome
I've had four different instructors in a couple of weeks. They are all different in a good way - helpful and courteous and always encourage me to go all out. I usually start out with rowing, then move to the weight floor, and finish with about 20 minutes on the treadmill. I highly recommend Orangetheory for a full workout!
