It is extremely motivating and the staff is amazing. Energy all around.
The workout keeps you moving the intervals prevent you from getting bored. It is such a fun and uplifting environment! I love when the coaches call us “team” because it really feels like we are a team, even if we are all strangers. I appreciate when the coaches offer modifications or make corrections in my form. It shows that they care that we get the most out of our workout in the safest way.

It is a great workout When I finish I feel great. I have lost weight and toned up.
It’s definitely challenging, but fun! Also, I like that there are different exercises that the Coach will help you with if you have any hurt body part. :) I have to do a few alternatives workouts, but I feel the burn and not pain from my surgeries! The staff is amazing and incredibly encouraging at all levels!
I like that it is a class and not just a gym you have to figure out what to do on your own.
Full body workout
It is very difficult for me right now, being out of shape and weight gain over the last 4 years, but I needed the push. It is a love- hate relationship :)
After the class, I feel so good-sore muscles and all. It will get better the more I attend classes.
Kristin has been so helpful, patient, and understanding in class while also driving the group to give it our all.

It’s challenging and pre planned, so I don’t have to think about it. Plus the staff and members are friendly and motivating. And I love the high energy atmosphere!
