I absolutely adore the workout, atmosphere, positivity and coaches! I couldn’t get into a routine by just going to a regular gym alone. OTF has been a real game changer. — Making new friends along the way has also been a great and unexpected bonus!
However, I do really miss the 8:15 Tues/Thurs classes, as do a lot of other moms with kids in school in our studio. Please bring those back! (You can leave this out if you post publicly. Haha!)

Such a good workout and so effective, the team members are positive and encouraging from the front staff to the trainers.
I like the intensity of the workouts, but I wish the coaches paid a little more attention to our forms. I have hurt my knees and had to go to PT b/c I was doing the wrong rowing form. I didn’t even know it was wrong until my PT helped me figure it out. This should be checked more b/c it’s too easy to mess up in this type of class.

Intensity and variety
The fact that it is a total body workout is important. I also like that after I have worked all day I don't have to worry about putting my own workout together at a traditional gym and waste time waiting on equipment with the after work gym goers. My workout is planned for me all I have to do is show up. Plus the coaching on form and technique is very helpful as well. The energy of the class is also very motivating and helps get me through the tough workouts.
