Jordan is fabulous- I love how he knows so many names and recognizes members during the workout. He is top notch! And cannot say enough positive things about Jeramy- he epitomizes exemplary customer service. He is SO friendly and welcoming- love seeing him every morning!

Nothing is ever the same from week to week. You're guaranteed to see something new and walk away feeling awesome after a full body workout. In addition to that, the coaches are personable and know you by name, they correct form if it's wrong and encourage you to push harder and grow. I LOVE my OT workouts

I always leave OTF feeling like I got a great workout. I also saw and felt immediate results after starting OTF this past February, which is something that I cannot say about my past fitness programs.
loved the pace and variety within the workout. The breaks also were good to catch your breath but not long enough to get out of your rhythm. I love the strength training because I hate doing it at a gym. Its the right amount of time and the right versions to help me most. I am there to enhance cardio and endurance but balancing and pushing myself with strength training is key to what I am looking for in my cross training.

The workout is always changing. I've been doing the workout for over a year and have never repeated a workout. I enjoy that OTF does Benchmark days to actually see the progress I make over time. The staff is always friendly and the members make it a welcoming atmosphere.
It’s a full body workout and everything and everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly, and it’s a first class operation.
