Honestly the coaches are what makes all the difference. I know if I can just get myself in the door, the coaches encouragement will get me through the class. I probably depend on that too much some days but their motivation is what keeps me coming back.
The music is loud and motivating. Changing frequently between activities keeps it from being boring and feels like a well-rounded workout.

I love everything about the OTF workouts: their intensity, their careful mix of different kinds of exercises (within a single workout as well as day-to-day), the space they leave for customizing (i.e. one chooses whether one is a walker or a runner on the treadmill).

The mix up of work-out types, movements and tempos allow you to be challenged daily, even after several years of membership. The support of the trainers and community of members holds me accountable. I’ve never felt better mentally or physically!
I love high intensity workouts and pushing myself. My coach saw I could challenge myself more with heavier weights and slower, controlled movement for an ab exercise. I'm so thankful she said something!
I loved the treadmills having the screens attached to allow me to track myself while on it! That’s place felt so clean and fresh and innovative!
I loved that the exercises were demonstrated beforehand. I also liked the television that showed you the exercises and the television that monitored your workout effectiveness.
I love everything about it! The only thing that is discouraging is the recent scheduling changes. Although I know it’s necessary, it’s frustrating to not be able to schedule in advance. So far, I haven’t not been enrolled in a class I wanted but I have to call to get scheduled. I’m not able to do it online any longer and that was one of the things that worked well.
Seth is by far the best trainer.
As always, a wonderful complete work out. Cardio, strength training and rowing made this a well-around it work out. The coach, Paige, is awesome, energetic and caring. Lucky me!
