Coach led group fitness that is high energy and fun
It’s fun and challenging, but it can be tailored to the individual’s ability and fitness level. The variety in the workout templates keeps it from getting boring. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I’ve lost weight and inches, but more importantly, I’ve improved my blood pressure and cardiac health. It’s worth every penny.
Phenomenal staff and community. As a woman, I really appreciate having a safe place to work out in the pre-dawn hours. The 5am crew is almost like family , they’ve seen me through birthdays,a broken hip, broken heart, and everything in between!!
I hate working out because I don't know how to by myself. I don't go to the gym because I don't know any routines or how to use half the equipment. The coach led classes are a lifesaver because I literally need to be guided on what to do, how to do it, how many reps/how long to run at a certain intensity, etc. I joined after having my first kid in 2019, cancelled during covid, and signed back up after having my second kid this past February- it's fun to watch the mom belly melt away! And losing a class (or being charged!) when you late cancel keeps me accountable. Apparently losing money has been my driving force to work out all along. 10/10 I recommend OTF to anyone who will listen to me.

I love the coaches and how the workouts are different every day!
I don't love the monthly price and how every competition or even a body weight scan is extra.
I would give it a 10/10 but then OT started messing with my 5am class schedule.

My friend Betty Ngo actually convinced me to join! She said Orange Theory Fitness really shaped her life for the better, and I also wanted to experience the same change in my life. The environment and welcoming nature of all the staff encouraged me to come back and join the program.
