Doable and community oriented
I loved the movement between "stations". The encouragement and the time slots offered. The hour went by quickly.
I have been a member for about two months now and have worked out with several different coaches. I really like the three different stations we workout in and having the coach encourage and motivate me to push myself is what I need! The club is very clean and all the staff members are VERY friendly! This is a great workout for me and look forward to seeing the results of my effort.
Full body workout. I always leave Orange Theory feeling great. Would recommend to anybody.

Even with a crowd the instructor got to me just as I was looking for her. They anticipate and relate to you what you need to know. At the front desk They check on you prior and after to make sure any issues are related to the instructor. I was asked if the online app is working for me. They showed me how to work the heart monitor. Very clean place, very friendly and helpful staff.

coaches are great, very encouraging. really, all of the staff are great. not crazy about all of the music but then again I'm 50+
As someone who likes having a planned workout, I really like that I can show up and just workout. I don't have to figure out what exercises to pair together. The combination of cardio and strength training is awesome because I barely ever choose to do cardio when I workout by myself. Being in a group pushes you to keep going and finish the workout.
The structure of the workout continues to challenge oneself. The group support is really helpful too.
Orangetheory has given me consistency in fitness that I’ve never had before. Having the coach there to guide you through the workouts is very motivating. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the coaches, to the members, is super friendly!

Different and challenging
Everything. Getting in an amazing workout in 60 minutes, that is always changing, and the encouragement from the coaches!! I love it!
I like that I have someone coaching me in a smaller class atmosphere without being intimidated. I love that OTF keeps the temperature cool in the workout room. Honestly, I hate rowing but like that routines are mixed
First off, being a first-timer, everyone I interacted with was super nice, friendly, and welcoming! Made me feel comfortable right away. I loved the workout mainly because it took the guess work out of it for me and I knew I was getting an all-around total body workout. There was a plan, an instructor telling you when and how to make your next move, and real-time results showing you how your body was responding to the "push". I signed up and became a member right after my first class. I'm excited and looking forward to a body transformation, and hoping for no injury along the way. Definitely planning on recruiting some friends to the OTF family!
