Katie is AWESOME. Today was my first class but that didn't matter she treated me as one of the regulars. If there was something I thought I was struggling with or looked to be struggling with she came over an advised me how to correct my form or to push myself. I definitely look forward to coming back.
I love not being able to bring your phone inside the workout room. All you can focus on is your workout, your coach and the music playing! No other distractions.
As a beginner taking my first class, I did not feel any pressure at all to "keep up." I was able to go at my own pace, with the coach and other members cheering each other on and giving high fives.
This is an amazing environment gain your health in and I recommend everyone give the classes a try!

It’s challenging
I like the HIIT workouts and the fact that I can get a session done in an hour or even less (45 min). My endurance has built up since starting and I found that I can run when I was always afraid of doing so. The coaches and routines really push you to go beyond what you think you’re capable of!
It is challenging and fun. I like the variety among the stations - the rowing, floor work, and the treadmill. The enthusiasm of the instructors is outstanding and inspires all to do their best. The only downside, is that I have trouble hearing the instructions, but I know that is because I have decreased hearing and I don't wear my hearing aids when I am going to sweat a lot.
The coaches and the variety of workouts
I love the ever changing workouts! I never know what to expect each day, but I know I’m going to get a great challenge! The coaches are supportive & positive which definitely helps when you’re on the edge of pushing yourself just a little harder! It’s an amazing environment & you’re surrounded by like-minded people who want to see you succeed in your workout goals :)
The hour goes by fast with Orangetheory workouts and instead of draining me, it energizes me for the day unlike any other workout in Lexington!

Variety
The coaches are very professional.
I like the total body fitness. The class is high energy. It’s very motivating to be around so many people working towards the same goals.

I enjoy the technology aspect and the positive energy from the staff. My only complaint (but not really) is that there isn’t full explanation of the flow of class. Luckily my first few classes my cousin was there and was able to help me figure things out. I think the staff is great but I can see how it’d be overwhelming for a newcomer to begin and have no idea what the trainer is shouting out during the workout.
I love that I never know what workout I am going to until I get there. The enthusiasm of the coaches is AMAZING and so grateful! I am increasing my speed on the treadmill and getting stronger with every workout!
Challenging
Excellent studio. I was welcomed specifically as an out of town guest and walked through how to navigate the studio amenities. The instructor was great and I liked the program they had that day. I’ll be back.
The staff and coaches truly care for each member’s health and happiness!
The members are so caring for each person in the room too!
AMAZING workout!
It’s a great facility with a dynamic group of coaches that really motivated me to get the most out of my workout. They explained the concept before I started and spent time with me after class to help me analyze my workout! Great group!
