It works ever body part and is a truly awesome workout that makes you feel better all around. I was able to breathe better and could see a difference in my bossy after a few months! And I wasn’t watching my food intake and I’m overweight.
It is always challenging, but the coaches are supportive while encouraging you to push as hard as possible. If you have a problem with any part of the workout, and since I am a plus-size older woman, I sometimes do, they show you alternate ways of doing the exercise. The director Josh always makes me feel like I matter, which means a lot.
Only went once. The gym is very clean. The people were amazing and explained everything well. Made me feel very welcome. The class was fun and challenging.

Orange Theory provides an opportunity to work out in a fun community of people and coaches which organically provides accountability and a social aspect. And of course, the workouts provide an incredible template for burning a lot of calories in under an hour.
OTF workout challenges me like no other workout I have ever done. It keeps me accountable so that I don’t slack off when I don’t feel like working out.

I love my studio in Bowling Green! The manager Sarah is the BEST! The staff is always so sweet and always greet you by name! I love that personal touch! The workouts are great! I love coming in and working to become a better version of myself. I’ve never stuck to a workout regimen this long. It’s so worth giving it a try! I wouldn’t trade my hour of class for anything.
