The intensity
The coaches and staff help make a great environment for getting after it. I like the one hour length - you go, get your workout done and move on. No wasting time standing around chatting or waiting for a machine. Very efficient.
I like when the coaches remember my name, even though there are so many people in their day! Coaches encourage and give pointers to enhance the exercise.
I love the 7:15 time slot. Evenings are the only guaranteed free time for me, so I'd love to see more availability - even one more evening each week would be welcome! Supportive and high energy, and I love the ability to track my effort through heart rate.

Workout intensity
The staff is very welcoming and made my first workout less intimidating by making sure I was out to speed throughout the entire workout. The coaches are super encouraging and push you mentally and physically. Overall, I am happy I decided to join OTF!
I like how the workout changes each day. I get bored do easily.
Just what I needed to get me back to a regular, committed, healthy lifestyle. Coaching and member support are fantastic. Love the little extras (nutrition discussions by experts, benchmark days, etc.). Started 8 days a month and now go 4 days a week.
Variety

A written program on app is nicer ahead of class to know what to expect…reason being easy to understand as sometimes hard of hearing for individual reasons.

Pushes me harder than I would push myself
I like how the workouts are different everyday. The interval training helps build muscles I didn’t know existed. I also really like that otf is like a family. I’m motivated by every individual in the class.

I have enjoyed my workouts; they are always challenging for me. I have always compared myself with others so have never really felt comfortable at a gym, but the staff is amazing and always make me feel good about myself every chance they get. Lots of positive attitudes!!
I’ve had gym memberships, personal trainers, joined Pure Barre, etc. I’ve never seen the results or felt as good as I do since joining OTF! It is the best all over body workout in a one hour time period that I’ve ever had! I’m addicted!
I love how motivating the coaches are! Love how they know me by name, everyone is super supportive of everyone!! Best decision Iv made in regards to a gym. Have been going consistently for 2 years and going unlimited soon!
Good coaching on proper form. High energy environmental keeps you motivated.
I love OT because of the Variety of movements, speed and intensity as well great music with great coaching. It all comes together to make me do what I would never do on my own. Such as running. I hate running yet here I am, pushing myself in every session!
