I love how adaptable each workout is, while still pushing you to your limits. I am lucky to be able to work out throughout my pregnancy and was able to do OTF through the first thirty weeks. I felt like the coaches were always keeping an eye on me and were ready to offer different suggestions as I needed them. I already can’t wait to get back on the rower post-baby!

It's a good cardio workout
That it is a total body workout. It includes the high intensity intervals to really create calorie burning. And you don’t get bored. Also, I love that they change up the workout so your body doesn’t adapt.

I look forward to it every week! It’s the best shape I’ve ever been in and I would never push myself that hard on my own! The staff is incredibly friendly and the coaches are well trained and always there to answer questions! I love my OTF family

Loved the interval run on the treadmill and use of the rowers! I’ve never really tried using a rower and I loved it! My back and shoulders are definitely feeling it the next day!

Great instructor
The balance between the different exercises, makes the class go by quickly! I burned as many calories in 60 minutes orangetheory, as I do in a 75 min hot yoga class -- without ever feeling like I needed a break.
Great group setting
The staff was fabulous, I felt good about begin a new person in the group. It was a fun workout. I felt good after my first workout. I intend on going back.

It was challenging ....I never did a cross fit workout before. It was different from the workouts which I am used to, and I enjoyed it.

I loved the structure of the class as well as being pushed/motivated not only by the instructor but by other people in the class as well. Very positive, upbeat and fun environment.
That it's different everyday, that it's challenging, that there is a lot of cardio. The facility is new and clean with nice equipment. Music is good and fun.
