Structure and coaches
I really appreciate coming to an OTF workout and only having to focus on my effort & output because my coach is telling me what exercises to do and how long/how many to do. I love the format of the workout templates and how they change everyday so it doesn’t getting boring or repetitive. OTF Newport makes working out engaging and fun by providing friendly competition, fun themed workouts & opportunity to build a community in & out of the studio.
I love that there is a coach to walk you through the workout. The workouts are for any fitness level. Orange Theory is a very welcoming environment. I’ve met some of the best people!
I like having the coaches there to instruct us with the workouts. I need someone to be there informing me what to do at each station. If I don't have this I feel that I am not working out to my best.
The structure, templates and the coaching!
From the time you walk in the door to the time you cool down, you are working hard! It is a great workout and I feel I get my money's worth. Lots of classes to choose from so it fits into my schedule. The staff at the front desk know my name. That makes me feel like I belong and part of the OT family. The coaches are highly motivated and very helpful!

I like having a coach Instructing and encouraging me through the workout. Being about to see my results at the end of each workout is nice to keep up woth what I am doing when working out. I will then challenge myself to beat a previous time or speed.
Every workout is different and can be as challenging as you want them to be.
The instructors are wonderful! The workouts are challenging but the benefits are worth it. I highly recommend OT to anyone wanting to start a workout routine. Thank you OT for helping me reach another level!

Every workout is different and always challenging. Could I do this on my own, in a gym? Yes, these exercises are things I do on my own when I am working out. It isn’t the same without the OTF community and energetic coaches along side me.
Nice to get it all done in one hour. Strength and cardio
I love that the workouts change and that the coaches help push you to do more than you think you can.
I like that you are constantly moving. It’s a great mix of cardio and weights. I love that the Lift classes are now being offered at our studio. Plus I love the loud music.
Compared to other workouts or studios I’ve been to, orange theory workouts are more my speed and endurance wise I can keep up without feeling winded. I really enjoy it and will keep coming back.
The challenge and various guide led work outs to get better and ensure we are targeting a goal.

I'm so glad I joined Orange Theory (a little over a year and a half ago)! Every time I leave a class I feel like I've accomplished something. I love how the classes can be power, strength and/or endurance and the coaches are very motivating. Otf has not only made me stronger and faster, but it has made me mentally stronger as well. It has taught me that I can push through, complete hard things, and anything I set my mind to I can accomplish. Otf definitely makes me want to be the best version of myself.
So much fun. Very efficient hour.

I love the variety within each class! We're never doing the same thing for very long, which keeps it fun and interesting. The workouts are challenging but Ican always go at your own pace, and the coaches encourage me rather than push me. That makes a big difference.
