I was very impressed with the overall experience. I filled out an inquiry online and within the hour someone called me. They signed me up over the phone for a free class. I received a text message the next morning confirming my appointment with all the details needed to come to class. Once I got to the class, my name was on a welcome board as well as over a clipboard to sign some papers. It was very organized. Your staff did a wonderful job explaining how the class would work and asked me if I had any issues that the instructor may need to know about. They seemed very interested in me having a good first experience. The instructor took time before and after class. I was very impressed with the overall experience. Once my membership expires at my club in September, I will be signing up!
The vibe, music and positivity throughout the gym! Everyone is there to get a hard 60 min workout in so the sense of camaraderie is motivating! I’ve never been consistent in going to the gym, but group fitness definitely plays to my personality! So thankful to have found OT!!!

I love the intensity of the workouts, the coaches attitudes and drive. I like that OT is active with their members. The pricing is reasonable and affordable. I like that it makes me feel good to belong, and strive to achieve being better.

I’ve been a member for almost 3 years and have honestly never felt better in my entire life. OTF Newport is like family. Everyone is encouraging, the coaches are amazing and the staff is always kind and welcoming. I have never done the same workout twice so you never get bored. If you are thinking about trying it, be prepared to join!
Cardio
The staff is super friendly! I first joined OTF at this location and they walked me through the process and answered the 100 questions I had :) love love love OTF!
Choices are already made for me and there is variety.
I love the diversity of the workout and the way the coaches motivate you to push yourself a little bit more.

I love coming into class every day not really knowing what we're going to do, but knowing that whatever it is, we will be getting one heck of a workout. The classes are different every time, and you really feel like you're working all the different muscle groups. I also love how the format incorporates cardio, because I HATE CARDIO, but I find the ways it's worked into the classes makes it so much more bearable than just spending 30 minutes on whatever your preferred cardio machine is doing the exact same thing for the same amount of time every workout. I also love the encouragement you get from the coaches, and their playlists make me want to move! Having so many other classmates with you, all at different fitness levels, is also extremely encouraging and it helps to know the person next to you is trying their hardest to do the same thing you're doing. I am so happy to have found Orangetheory and plan to keep coming for a long time!

Favorite group fitness style workout I’ve ever done.
It is always challenging and can be done at whatever pace is best for you.
I love that the class is one hour and you feel like you have completed a well rounded workout. I like that people encourage each other and the coaches are engaged in your success. I also like that i can work at my own pace.
The only thing I don't like, is when a workout includes so many things that a great deal of time is spent explaining it all. I think it also can be confusing for anyone new. I would rather have 4 good exercises in each block to max out.
I do encourage everyone I meet, to come try a free class. It's not intimidating and it's very diverse.

The coaches are the best part. Personal training in a group setting. Good explanation of exercises. Upbeat music, fast paced, workouts changed up constantly, one hour of hard work in and out the door.
