It is a total body workout, including intervals of high intensity. The workouts are always different.
I loved the whole workout! I get bored easily with workouts and when I workout on my own I tend to not push myself as much. I like to see the stats on the board so I know exactly where I’m at and cannot wait to see my progress.
The instructor, Bryan, awesome, the front desk was extremely friendly, and the studio felt so clean!

The motivation!
It works the whole body. If you can’t do a particular exercise the instructor always suggest an alternative .

OTF keeps me consistent. I know that some days I just don't want to workout. If I could to depend on myself to "push and all-out" at a "regular gym" I'd already achieved all my fitness goals in life. The coaches and the OTF community helps me push beyond mere motivation to a greater level of commitment to go all-out and get better with every workout. Beyond that.. the workouts are ridiculous and I love it!
Instructor - Nathan - was helpful and motivating (even in his tufu). Rotating stations were good and helped maintain energy to workout.
The space is large and allows for maximum movement
I love that it’s fast paced, effective, and I don’t have to think about it or plan it. I just show up and do what I’m told.
I feel that my body is responding (although slowly) to the workouts better than previous experiences at other gyms. The leader/ coaches are motivational & extremely helpful
(especially w this old guy) Orange seems to be helping w weight loss as well! I am pleased.

The coaches are all different, but equally amazing! Really light a fire for the AM workouts.

I love that it was such a challenge! That was one intense hour. Did workouts that my body wasn't use to. Very encouraging instructor. Everyone there was finessed minded and working hard.

It’s a really good cardio workout. It also motivates me to run which I’ve kinda not been doing. Overall really good class. Like that it’s always a bit different so I don’t get bored with it
